Shipping Information
We ship to addresses within Canada and internationally. For international orders, shipping rates are determined by the destination country and the weight of your order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our website or the Canada Post online portal.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're unsatisfied, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following:
- Products and their containers must be in their original condition.
- Candles must not have been lit, scratched, or had labels removed.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Used candles cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of our products.
Damaged Items:
If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@valleyandember.com within 48 hours of delivery. So that we may promptly refund or replace the item.
